Custom or ReadyMade, ordering neon from Gas'n Glass is easy. Just give us a call, or send us an e-mail. We are not using an online shopping-cart style system at this time.

PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED BEFORE SHIPMENT. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
Gas'n Glass - Shipping
Gas’n Glass primarily ships PRIORITY MAIL through the U.S. Postal Service, which normally takes 2-3 days within the United States. Shipping price includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance against damage during shipment. If not received within one week please contact us.
Other shipping arrangements can be made for custom orders as required.

Gas 'n Glass - Damage
INSPECT YOUR SIGNS FOR DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Our neon signs are inspected and fully tested before they are shipped. If your neon is damaged in shipping a damage claim must be filed promptly to ensure that the costs of replacement parts, repairs and related shipping are covered. Call us right away so we can get your damage claim started.
ALL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR NEON OR THE COSTS OF ALL REPAIRS, PARTS, AND SHIPPING WILL BE YOUR RESPOSIBILITY.
SAVE ALL CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS. The carrier will need both the damaged sign and ALL PACKAGING for inspection, otherwise the claim can be denied.
IF NO DAMAGE IS FOUND, plug your sign in and turn it on to be sure it operates correctly. The sign may light up when you plug it in. If not use the pull-chain switch on the back of the sign to turn it on. Some tubes may appear dim when your sign is first turned on. They will brighten after a short period of operation.
Gas'n Glass - Warranty
All products and their individual components are under warranty to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period, we will at our option either repair or replace the product. This warranty does not extend to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or accident. The above warranty is complete and exclusive. The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with the purchase or use of this product, or costs over the original purchase price.
Gas'n Glass - Care & Safety
GLASS TUBING is used in making neon signs. BE CAREFULL WHEN HANDLING or hanging your neon sign. DO NOT lift your sign by the glass tubes. Lift the sign by the acrylic backing or black posts (window stand-offs) located on each corner. On larger signs be careful not to flex the acrylic backing when lifting.
Our NEON NOTIONS do not have support structures. Be careful not to flex or twist the glass while handling. Always lay on a flat surface or store flat in a box when your Neon Notion is not in its base.
ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR NEON BEFORE CLEANING. Clean sign gently, wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Be sure to let it dry if needed before you plug it in again. DO NOT USE DETERGENTS, SOLVENTS, OR ABRASIVES.
OUR NEON IS DESIGNED FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. The sign must be plugged into a grounded (three-prong) outlet. Neon operates on a HIGH VOLTAGE transformer and should be serviced by qualified personnel only. Always unplug the sign before hanging, cleaning or service.
